Wine - how to run a program from a different prefix?

The thing is, I want to play games on Unity3D.
It used to work. Now even changing the user agent does not help, although the plugin itself is there. I wanted to run firelis on vine and play with it. But here's the problem, he uses ~/.wine and I need ~/.wine-pipelight, which has a player. I already copied firelis there, but it starts with the default prefix. What to do? Or advise something more powerful than the user agent changer.

@Diel

I can't predict whether you will cure your problem this way, but
the prefix is changed via export WINEPREFIX=prefix
In your case:
export WINEPREFIX=~/.wine-pipelight

@qmax

And just in case, look at the www.playonlinux.com
project (there are ubunts in distributions)
In it, for each game, a separate wine with all sorts of patches and versions is put in a separate prefix. Vine assembly repository online.
Comes with a guitool to manage the vine zoo.
