How to anchor UI elements that are children of an Empty object?

As I understand it, it does not allow to attach because of the Empty object? What to do? For I no longer know how to group objects and conveniently disable them through a script + Brackeys showed it like that. I'm afraid that all this goodness on mobile phones will also move.
