Why is the description for Bitrix delivery services cut off in the admin panel?

Good afternoon. Maybe someone faced a similar problem. They add a description for self-delivery, but it is simply cut off. The reason is not clear and it seems like it should not be. Maybe the input field has a fixed length or what could be the problem?
