Tell me please. I made a website on Bitrix. The customer loves everything. My first site on Bitrix.
Now he wants to finish it. Under your wishes. I haven't come across this yet and haven't done it. But I would love to figure it out and do it. It is necessary to make sure that the client, after registering, can apply for a loan, track his application approved / not approved and payments on the loan. There may be information somewhere on similar bundles. What to read? Or which way to go? It would be very interesting to understand and implement it yourself. Familiar with php, sql, js not very good, angularjs a little.

Well, there can be many ways.
You can write your own components in conjunction with your own tables.
You can file it on the basis of the online store module (make a loan a product, submit an application - place an order, set up order statuses, etc.)
You can use the "Technical support" module, the essence of the process is approximately the same.
Personally, I would write my own module and public for it. But for this you need to fumble a little in the bus.
