3 delivery methods published. I use the standard module Virtuemart 3 on joomla 3

1. Check the rights of user groups if you have partition.
2. And sometimes the delivery is determined by the delivery country. It happened to me when the countries of the buyer and the delivery module did not match. Check that the buyer has a country in the delivery address and in the delivery methods, in my opinion, the country should be indicated there.
