The easiest option for me is to duplicate the site (the content is different) and just translate everything will not work.
Can you advise something?
There will be only 2 languages.

1) connect google translator - let him translate everything himself. (GTranslate for Joomla)
2) install JoomFish and translate every material, every module, every banner, etc.
