Why is the theme created in Joomla not visible in the admin panel?

I need to create a theme for Joomla, I went to the templates folder I copied an existing theme, I just renamed the theme folder, then I went to templatesDetails.xml and renamed name, I go to the admin panel, I want to install the newly installed theme, but there is no newly created theme in the admin panel
What needs to be fixed ?

It is not necessary to install, you can simply copy it to the folder with templates, and, as mentioned above, "show" it to the system using the Discover function. In the Russian version of the interface, go to the "Extension Manager", select "Search" in the side menu, click on the "Find" button. If the template is correct, it will appear in the list. Next, "check" it, and click the "Install" button. In the same way, you can install not only templates, but absolutely any extensions and components that do not require the creation of new tables in the database, in my opinion.

you could just copy the template.
Extensions -> Template Manager -> "Templates" tab -> open the template and there is a line "Create a copy of the template". enter a new name for the template, and the template is completely copied.
