Why is the data in the Bitrix form truncated?

Hello, the site has a "Questionnaire" form, it contains a lot of questions (79), when filling out the form, a letter with cropped data comes to the mail. For example, "Aleksey" is entered, but "Alek" comes in the letter, sometimes everything comes in full, but most often it is exactly that. In the results in the admin panel, everything is displayed normally, I sorted through the data array before adding data to the database - everything is also OK, all the data is in place. And in the letter coming to the post office, everything is cut off.
What could be causing this and how to fix it?

Maybe stupid because of the layout of the jamb? look at the code of the letter that came to the mail
