Sending email through a third party API. Which to choose?

Good day colleagues!
I'm looking for a service where you can send messages to users via api.
Not mass mailings, but daily notifications, changes in the status of orders, etc.
My task is to ensure that all letters reach the inbox and it does not cost much + the ability to attach files to messages.

Mandrill , Mailgun , or SendGrid . Mandrill is a solution from Mailchimp. Very affordable and does the job very well.
