There may be such a problem as the code has already been run somewhere. Consequently, if in this way the error could not be found. I recommend just creating a new key to it.
I had such a situation that the bot was running in the background using the development environment. And I forgot about it overlooked. And he could close it only with the help of the found process in the task manager.
