Why does the export of User retention by cohorts with the GA add-on for Spreadsheets not work?

I want to upload user retention by cohorts from Google Analytics. I tried to do it through add-on for spreadsheets. But none of the configuration options work. I checked the compatibility of metrics and dimensions in the documentation , everything should work fine. But every time it still throws an error. I don't understand what could be the problem here.
