Paid google map for website?

I want to make a Google map on my site, but there was a problem. I did everything as it is written in the instructions from
Google. The map on the site was displayed with an error. The console says You have exceeded your request quota for this API. As I understand the quota limit per day: 1. Did I understand correctly that in order to use the Google map on your site, you need to constantly pay ?! The site is under development and I plan to have 10-100 visitors per day.
Do I need to give money for a card for 10 people?
Help me to understand!
Thanks in advance!))

Cards become paid after a certain limit is exceeded. Now, in order to use the cards, you need to connect billing in your account and link the card. By default, Google gives out $200 per month for all limits https://cloud.google.com/maps-platform/pricing/sheet/ , i.e. as long as the number of requests is included in this amount, the cards are, as it were, free.
>10-100 visitors.
It is very doubtful that such a number of visitors exceeded the limit
