Why is the "Create New Release" button not available in the Google Play Console?

Hello, I’ll say right away that there are 3 more add-ons on the account and the button is active there. All items are marked in green, the account is full, but on a specific application, the button is not available.

Look closely at these two tabs. maybe they found a violation.
or abandoned the previous implementation at the draft stage
. I have applications voluntarily (I took it off the publication myself). But there the new release button is still AVAILABLE.

Select the desired application in the market. After selecting the application, scroll down in the left panel to the very bottom to the "Compliance with the rules" and "Application content" tabs. Make sure that there are no comments in the "Compliance with the rules" tab, and that in the "Application content" tab, green checkboxes are in front of all items. Check there if you indicated that your application is not news.

If everything is ok there, then write to those. support, or wait 3-4 days and check again.
