Are there analogues of the google play market with access for testers?

Hello. I am writing software. I have not yet paid for registration in the Google market, and in connection with the dollar exchange rate it became a little expensive and it was decided to postpone it for the time being (at least until the beta). That's actually the question, are there any free analogues with the ability to get access to the application and its updates for testers without publishing the application in the store?
Of course, free registration is welcome.

Installation from trusted sources - uncheck the box and that's it. Further - just put on any web resource and install via the link (.apk-file).
There are no other ways.

In the Play Market, you can maintain the version of the application from beta to alpha and to production. Moreover, at the beta stage, it will be available only to members of the attached group in Google - beta testers.
The advantage is that the application is no different from the official release, but is available only to a limited circle of people.
