Why is the cooler buzzing after several hours of laptop operation?

Hello! Recently (yesterday for the first time) I encountered a problem: the cooler starts buzzing on the laptop after ~ 1-2 hours of operation. But if you turn it off and wait ~ 30 minutes (maybe less), and then turn it on again, then there will be no buzzing. But again, buzzing will appear after ~ 1-2 hours. What is the problem? In a cooler? If so, why does it not start buzzing from the very beginning of work?
I cleaned my laptop about 2 weeks ago. So I don't think dust is the problem. Thank you!

I think the cooler has just done its job.
Sometimes it happens that after some period of work (in your case, an hour or two), it shifts a little (simply because some part inside has worn off) and there is a hum.
The solution is banal - to change the cooler itself.

I'm afraid to seem banal .. but this is stupid overheating

see the turn-on temperature and the beginning of the buzz) and then everything will become clear

yes cooler. after several hours of operation due to the fact that the temperature rises and the system forces the cooler to spin at a higher speed. To begin with, if the cooler is collapsible, lubricate it, if not collapsible or cleaning did not help, then change
