A tablet with a keyboard or an x86 convertible laptop?

I am looking for a tablet with a keyboard or a convertible laptop. Approximate requirements:
diagonal 10-12 inches, HDMI port, displaying HD video without "freezes", a full-fledged BIOS to be able to install any OS. I plan to mainly use it as an ssh, rdp terminal, sometimes as a video player. It is desirable without Windows8, since I am too lazy to return money, but I will not use it.
So far I have only found iRu C1101 , judging by the photo there is an option with a keyboard, judging by the manufacturer's website there is an option without an OS. But I didn’t find it on sale, and with all due respect to the Russian manufacturer, I had no experience in operating this brand, so I’m afraid. Does anyone use similar devices?

@cawaleb

I took myself a laptop lenovo twist s230u. Most of the time I still use it as a laptop, not a tablet.
The main problem of such devices is the lack of Linux for finger control.
Rarely where you will find a normal interface for this and even less often - multi-touch support. With this, everything is oh, how not easy ...
