Why is the connection with the shared printer lost?

Hello. There is a computer on win 10, to which the printer is connected via USB. I shared this printer (turned on sharing) so that other employees can print from it over the network.
On another computer on win 10 connected to the printer - everything works.
The problem is the following - when you reboot, the connection with the printer is lost and therefore it is impossible to print. Restarting the print service on the first computer helps.
Can you suggest what's wrong? I will be very grateful. Thank you.
