Why is the bot dead?

I wrote a bot in February of this year, it worked wonderfully. I'm launching it today. He doesn't react. Didn't change anything before.
Or maybe VK api / vk-io or something like that was updated and because of this it does not work?

My bot has been working for almost a year and everything is ok with it.
