Why is the background moving (or duplicated) on the iphone?

Hello!
I made up the footer of the letter, like this:

I put the background in the table row as follows:

Everywhere everything is normal, except for apple devices, it looks like this:

It seems to be repeated, only somehow strange, not from the beginning to the end, but in the middle.
What could it be?

Try to put the picture not in the tr line , but in td or table and make background-repeat: no-repeat
