Why is the attached file not coming in drupal 8?

I use the contact form module in drupal 8.
Created a form, added a file field.
I send a file through the form, it is loaded, it is visible that it has been added, but it is not in the letter in attachments. I also noticed that letters come only to yandex mail.
What could be the problem?

Investments should not be. Depending on the formatter specified on the form display control page, either a link or something else will be sent in the email.
