Hello! there is site.ru with a bunch of subdomains. On the hosting, I added another one - spb.site.ru, but for some reason it leads to site.ru. All other subdomains work independently normally. CMS Drupal.

The webserver needs to be configured correctly.
Since you have a managed hosting with a panel, you need to do it in the panel, and we will not be able to tell you.
