Open Atrium - Russification, etc. Finishing by an amateur, is it possible?

I recently realized that (sort of like) Open Atrium is perfect for one of my ideas.
BUT I did not find Russification. I had no experience with Drupal (that is, I installed it once and immediately demolished it).
How difficult will it be to straighten all this with a file, and where to dig for advice?

Since Open Atrium is Drupal, you can try using Localization update
lacolization module. It 's not that hard to fix it to your needs. However, you need to have an idea about Drupal.
