Why is the application running slowly on 1.5?

Actually a subject.
Made a clean version of angular 1.5 laravel 5.2
Tried the components. that still hassle, of course, but nonetheless.
I use ui-router
I go to the state with the output of records. there are only 2 of them in the database.
A component is bound in the router. It has a controller function service.get().then(function(response)...
everything is standard.
But the table frame appears in the browser immediately and after a second only the data.
If I do an update, then again when I return to the state, the data disappears and appears Roughly
speaking, everything is the same as in pure Laravel with reloading the page. It seems that it didn’t happen before.
Resolve didn’t quite understand.. this is the code from the controller. That is, I directly call the service from the router.
