Why is the APC Powerchute BE agent service falling off?

I installed APC Powerchute Business Edition 9.0, my APC Smart-UPS sc1500 UPS was found in the program interface, everything works great from 20 minutes. up to an hour, after which the agent service falls off. Although the services show that it is running. only restarting the service and then re-adding the UPS to the program helps. I did not find anything similar to the solution of the problem. The UPS is connected to the server via COM --> USB cable. Has anyone encountered such a problem? How to decide?

there should be logs of the reason for stopping the service. Sometimes it happens that there are not enough access rights to a certain folder. I had this with a terminal server. At some point, the service decided that it did not have access rights to the folder it created and all the dust of the system)
