Is there a UPS with WOL function?

Good evening!
I have a home NAS built on a motherboard with an integrated processor, based on Ubuntu Server. To remove a sharp shutdown when there is a power outage in the network, I am looking for a UPS that can give a command to shut down the computer through the Power button (from which two wires go to the motherboard), and then, when 220 Volts appears again in the network, it will also start the computer through this button (or WOL).
I assume that there are models with WOL, but this is only for starting the computer. But what about the correct completion of the work?
Thanks for the advice.

@computer-repairer

Do you really need this option?
Wouldn't a simpler one suit you?
You buy a Smart-UPS SUA1000I (or similar, they are very cheap.), connect the computer with a cord and set the shutdown.
In the PC itself, set it to turn on when voltage is applied and set it to oops with what battery charge to turn on the power.
