Should the SVC UPS shut down after 6-8 minutes at 12% load and 95% battery?

2 pieces of UPS SVC RT-10KL-LCD are installed, the load on one is 10%, on the second 12%, the batteries are not dead, the temperature in the room is 22 degrees. The electricity is turned off, the first was enough for 8 minutes, the second for 5. The rest of the batteries shows 95%.
