Is it possible to share the USB HID Battery from the UPS over the network and how?

Please tell me if this is possible. Now I'm trying to use VirtualHere , but as soon as I connect with at least one client, the battery on the host falls off, and I can't connect the second client either. Can this be done somehow or not?
In another place, the virtual machine calmly sees the same UPS and nothing falls off the host.
