Why is text cut off in svg?

When opening an svg file in adobe inllustrator 2020 or converting svg to any other format (.emf / .png / .jpg), the text that is in the svg file is cut off to the separator (in my case it is especially noticeable where it ends with ";" ). When opening the file in google chrome everything is fine. How can I fix this so that the full text is displayed? SVG 1.1 (if anything).

You can open not in Illustrator, but in Inkscape, for which SVG is a native format.
