Convert gif to HTML5 - is it possible automatically?
The task is to convert a file from gif or video from mp4 format to html5 for display on the site. The goal is to minimize the weight of the animation.
Are there ways to do this with some kind of converter or is the only possible option is to find someone who can make animations right away in html5?

I'm afraid to lie, but in my opinion Flash MX could decompose the gif-ku into frames * .fla of the project.
And Flash 5 (or 6, the last one) could export *.fla project to html5/js application.
You don't have animation, judging by the provided link. You only have a set of frames in gif format.
Answer: Since there is no animation on the provided gif, the only option is to use gif, mp4 or just sequential frames (stupidity)
