How to convert many mxl files to Excel without 1C on PC?

There is a computer, report files in mxl format appear on it, "1C Enterprise - Working with files" is installed on the PC, there is no 1C itself. How can I batch convert mxl to xls or xlsx?

"1C Enterprise - Working with Files" could not find command line parameters for conversion, as I understand it, there are none. Maybe there are some third-party utilities to solve this issue?

Files appear on the computer, but does it cost 1s on the PC?
