Installation of LinkedCell for ActiveX TextBox doesn't work, why?

ActiveSheet.OLEObjects("Subj").LinkedCell = "$O$1"
And the LinkedCell property of the Subj textbox is still empty.
What am I doing wrong?

either you specify the link to the element incorrectly, or the address, or you have protection on the sheet
