1. We make a reference table (preferably on a separate sheet).
Table of the form:
1 column information for the drop-down list
2 column a list of values ​​that should be pulled up
2. Create a formula for autocomplete (for example, fill in the value in cell C2 when selecting a value from the drop-down list in cell B2)
In C2 we write = VLOOKUP (B2; Directories! A:B;2;0), where B2 is a cell with a value from the list, References - A sheet with reference tables, References!A:B - A link to columns A:B on the References sheet that contains: A - values ​​for the drop-down list , V - values ​​for auto-substitution
