Why is SSD stupid?

Hello! Faced such a problem that Windows began to boot from the SSD for 2-5 minutes. Large queues on the disk, the response jumps up to 20 seconds.
SSD seems to pass all tests. I need to understand how to reproduce the problem on another computer in order to prove its malfunction in the SC, because it's still under warranty.
I will be glad to any advice. TRIM is enabled, the program passes the test. ACHI enabled. There is no overheating. The latest firmware. SMART - OK. Allocated a reserve area - did not affect the work in any way. Self-diagnosis by the utility from the manufacturer does not show any problems.

@Slayer_nn

Sfc /scannow
How to prove? Make a backup of the old Windows and files
Install a clean Windows
If the symptoms recur, then the disk
If not, questions to Windows

of course, you had to prove to yourself BEFORE buying the
bx500, an unsuccessful model, and this is clearly seen in the price - which is LOWER than on the older MX500
, try it from the site

5. Rather, the problem is not in the SSD, but in my Win10 OS, but until I disabled the \"turn off the hard disk after\" function in the \"Power Options\" settings, the computer with this disk did not work adequately - it did not voluntarily exit hibernation mode, spontaneously fell asleep, and just hung up for a few minutes from time to time. After turning it off everything started working fine.

well, google other reviews and tests - what exactly is the problem there - there is some kind of parallel cache, etc.
in general, the art of SSD is the art of the controller, just look:
if the controller is not INTEL and not MARVELL, you need to study it additionally
(+ Mikron releases the latest on its own - I seem to have bought the company)
, although there are exceptions in both directions: I know one unfortunate case from Intel ( although there is an Intel SSD, and the controller was not theirs) and according to Marvel - there is a problem with cheap memory
