Why is routing not working in Laravel?

The essence of the problem: absolutely any route (even non-existent) displays the answer for the "/" route.

The problem arose when I set up Nginx with Reverse Proxy for Apache on Mac OS 12. When running separately on Apache or Nginx, this problem did not exist.
