Actually the essence of the issue. I need access to the camera on the phone, through the browser, and it only works on https sites.

It's not a domain, it's just an IP address
. If there are any self-signed certificates, just add them to trasted, or ignore browser warnings

You have nginx in your tags - so put it somewhere, get a free certificate, and proxy the camera through it.
