Why is remoteApp hanging?
When one user opens 3-5 1Juices through remoteApp, then one of them will hang on some operation. Reports, creating a document, especially often when moving from one menu to another, in Accounting 3.0 But when the same user opens several ordinary RDP desktops - at least 101 juice can open, nothing is dull and does not hang.
What could be the blockage? I suspect that remoteapp per user will allocate some kind of memory and processor limit.

Recently I had to answer another client's question about the incorrect operation of pop-up windows in 1C operating in RemoteApp mode. In fact, the problem is quite old and affects the operation of the RDP client versions 6.0-7.1 running on Windows Vista\7 with Windows Server 2008\2008R2 servers up to SP1.
The problem is expressed mainly by two typical scenarios:
The main window of the user session loses focus, making it impossible to work with the program
Pop-up dialog boxes do not appear on the screen, or rather, they appear under the active window (and not above).
You can quickly fix the situation using the Alt + Tab or Alt + Esc hotkeys for 1C, but the user experience in this mode is unlikely to be pleasant.
However, few people know that in most cases the problem was solved using a fix pack, which was released at the end of May last year and is available at support.microsoft.com/kb/2384602/en.
Unfortunately, the contents of the patch did not make it into the SP1 release for Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2 and were released separately, but now you can use the combined December fix pack, which is suitable for both the RTM version and the SP1 version of the OS. It also includes fixes for a number of other non-modal RDP artifacts. You can download this hotfix package from the link - support.microsoft.com/kb/2604066
If you are experiencing other problems with the operation of Remote Desktop Services, you can refer to the list of available updates -support.microsoft.com/kb/2601888
And what do the performance counters say on the host(s) hosting 1s?
Many 1s-ok - are they different platform instances published in different collections or several open databases within the same collection?
further - what happens at the junction 1c server-sql? Or do you have file databases?

Since 2008R2, such a feature as fair share has appeared
