Why is Qt GUI Application not being created?

Installed Qt Creator and Qt Tools in VS. I registered the path to the compiler and when creating the Qt Console Application, everything compiles and works as it should in both Qt Creator and VS.
The problem is that when I create a new project, I just don't see the Qt GUI Application either in Qt Creator or in VS. Tell me what could be the problem? What did I set wrong?

Qt Widgets is what you call a GUI Application.
