Why is postfix not accepting mail from outside?

After changing the interface address from 10.214.2.138 to 172.16.5.4, mail from outside was no longer accepted.

NOQUEUE: reject: RCPT from unknown[46.29.ХХ.ХХ]: 450 4.7.1 Client host rejected: cannot find your hostname, [46.29.14.34]; from= to= proto=SMTP helo=

And from me outside mail goes. DNS is configured. there is a return zone. but postfix itself will not resolve addresses. I don't understand why? Is there somewhere else where you need to register the dns settings?

I know that you changed the address, but port forwarding from the outside was not changed to a new address on the local network
