Why is post metadata not loaded when pasted into social networks?

The site is on Wordpress, the Yoast plugin is installed, the title and description of the post for the snippet are filled , but when inserting a link to an article in social networks, neither the title nor the image is loaded. What's the matter?

There is a wp_head() hook in the header. The cache for the page, for example, in Vkontakte, has been reset. The title and picture of ordinary pages are loaded normally, it is records that are not loaded.
