Why is Plex on Raspberry pi 4 throwing an error when trying to play a movie?

There is a Plex server on Raspberry Pi 4, the transcoder is turned off on it to give the video in its original quality.


But for some reason, when I try to run one of the movies, I get the error "This server is not powerful enough to convert video."



A bunch of other films in MKV and the h264 codec are quietly played, and this one is trying to be recoded. Why all of a sudden? Please tell me what's wrong here

Look at the native app, it's not exactly a wrapper for a web app.
