What are the cheap SoCs with HDMI or VGA on board. Or where to buy a Raspberry Pi Zero for $5?

A home project requires you to draw beautiful graphics on the screen. Searching on ebay / aliexpress, it turns out that a small wretched 320x200 display with xs what interface (not the fact that it is standard and not the fact that it will start without squats) costs 2-3-4 thousand rubles. (!!!). As a result, I bought a used 17 "monitor with VGA and HDMI, now they are looking for brains for it.
The requirements are very simple:

  • HDMI or VGA
  • GPIO for 1-wire and SPI sensors
  • USB for keyboard
  • OS boot from SD or USB flash
  • Community to ask questions
  • Not very crooked / key

In principle, I am 100% satisfied with RPi Zero, but it turned out that I can’t buy it in any way, from the word in general, on Ali and ebay only outbid for insane money and without a guarantee that it will come, so I’m looking for alternatives. I would like, of course, for the announced $5, but let's say we raise the bar to $15 (with shipping).
PS: do not offer to buy a used x86 mother with video on board, it will come out even cheaper, but the dimensions, power supply, strapping, do not fit.

Get a normal RPi. Zero not to buy.
Yes, of course, you can find parts cheaper / more productive / less, etc. But raspberries are already a kind of standard. If you don't want to have sex with GPIO or something like that... Well, you get the idea.
