Why is there no image when connecting Raspberry PI to a DVI monitor, only OUT of range and noise?

Monitor ASUS VW220T. Here is a screenshot from the Raspbian terminale0d7a8c1c79e4cc8bce8e7f6a711e835.jpg

I won’t give a solution for sure, but I also tried to connect a DVI monitor to the RPi through adapters (I ordered it on ebay, I tried different, two or three types of adapters). Pictures on a monitor with DVI could not be obtained. As a result, the monitor failed altogether, after which I took the BUSH with HDMI. But all the adapters worked when I transferred a picture from an old PC with a DVI output to a TV with HDMI, that is, the signal passed in one direction, but not in the opposite direction. Although one of the adapters was accurately declared as an adapter from DVI to HDMI.
