Why is PHPStorm not uploading files to a remote server?

Hello! For some reason I can't upload files via PHPStorm via FTP to the server. Gives an error:
1 item excluded
No files or folders found to process
Why can this error occur?

It may occur if you have added your own folder in which you upload files in the FTP settings, on the Excluded Paths tab. To avoid this error, highlight the path
and remove it from the list.
