Why is PHPStorm better than text editors?

Hello, what's the point of using paid PHPStorm when there is the same VSCode with a bunch of different plugins for the same PHP? What's in PHPStrom that can't be done with plugins for VSCode?

if you don't need storm capabilities, then there's no point in paying for them.
the storm wins at least in that it is ready for work out of the box, and not after a long file.
want more examples? I have them:
show me in vsts the same refactoring as in the storm.
show me in vsts autocomplete for factory methods.
this list can be continued for a long time.
But you can (and should) try and choose for yourself.
