How to specify in PhpStorm that the js-function will be used in another file?

I describe the functions in a separate js-file, which I then call on the desired page.
PhpStorm highlights js functions as unused. How to tell him that everything is in order and these functions will be used in another file?

Include this js-file in the html file and use these functions in the same place on the page and there will be no "outrage" storm.
