How to auto-execute a shell command when loading a project in phpstorm?

Hello! Is there anyone brainy who works with jetbrains products?
There is a project on vagrant. For half a year, after opening the project in a storm, I was already tired of constantly running the command to raise the vagrant server (vagrant up --provision). Is it possible to stir up something so that when the project is opened, this command is automatically called? I know that you can love it, but there is not enough mind to do it. Does anyone have any thoughts on this?
