How to specify the order of steps in WebStorm or PHPStorm in a snippet?

Hey!
After inserting the snippet, the cursor is inserted with $END$
How to set sequential steps?
The cursor is first in one place, then on Tab in the next place is placed?
As in emmet when inserting html markup.

It seems that the cursor itself should pass sequentially, i.e. names are arbitrary.
