Why is payment instant on some sites, but no withdrawal?

Technically, it doesn't matter. Or is it all about safety? Here the casino is not withdrawn instantly. Need to wait 1-7 days. They will take it out anyway. Why do they manually confirm applications? Why not set up automatically?

Nobody wants to part with money. And suddenly you found some kind of hack to withdraw money dishonestly.

It depends on what to output:

  • For cryptocurrency, transaction delays are determined only by technical restrictions (confirmation of the inclusion of a transaction with the next block from other peers), so that input and output go almost at the same speed.
  • For electronic money, everything depends on the legislation of the country in whose jurisdiction the issuer is located. To combat money laundering, many regulators specifically complicate the withdrawal from electronic money to real money or transfer to a foreign jurisdiction.
  • Visa / Mastercard (as well as, tied to them, PayPal) - a complete bottom! The very existence of such a concept as a chargeback introduces an unrecoverable architectural flaw in the entire system, due to which not a single "completed" transaction can be considered finally completed throughout the entire chargeback availability period (30 days). This scheme does not help either sellers (for them it is a real hell), or buyers (you yourself somehow try to make a chargeback, you will get so many problems that you will regret that you simply did not forget about the lost amount), or banks (how to collect chargeback when funds have already been withdrawn? to freeze for the entire period? No one freezes in full, which means everyone bears risks). This scheme seems to have been invented specifically to slow down the output (and all e-commerce) by the valiant fighters against money laundering.
