Why is Outlook 2016 not sending emails?

Outlook left the letters in the outbox and did not send it in any way, tried to send it again through the outbox, but to no avail.
I had to re-create messages and send them like that. Already sent well.
Is this a temporary bug? Or is there something to watch?
