I ran into an interesting problem:
We need software that can detect in live mode when users send attachments via outlook that contain one or more specified keywords (for example, "budget"). After that, it will cut out the attachment from the letter and put it in a folder on a network drive or upload it to the cloud. If you already know how to do it, then great. And if he can still insert a link to download the cut document into the text of the original letter - just magical.
What has already been seen:
- DLP SOLAR DOZOR - will block email attachments, but cut the attachment, upload it to the cloud, insert a link into the original letter - no :(
- Mail flow rules in Exchange - there is a detection by keyword attachment, but after the detection the list of actions is very narrow - block, redirect the letter, send it to the IS officer for approval.

Has anyone come across this functionality or knows how to implement it?

PS what all this is for - you need to organize access for external contractors/partners who are not employees to the documents sent to them via the link, while being able to disable this access at the right time.
